The Tenant Reference Database is a tool for landlords, enabling them to share experiences of tenants who they would recommend to other landlords and agents. 

Letting agents can apply for a free account using the 'Register' link above. This also provides access to our Rent Dodger Database - an increasingly valuable resource of tenants who have required eviction or have left owing money or having caused damage.
